Adroid provisioning error

Hi Team,
I hope you are doing great. I installed 3CX in my computer, created extensions, but unfortunately when trying to provision to my Samsung Note3, I am getting the following error>
"Provisioning Error/ PBX could not be reached. connection timed out". can someone help me please?

-And also tell us which method you used to provision the phone
-And whether the phone was on WiFi or LTE at the time.

I am using 3CX version 16
I was scanning the QR Code from the admin control panel and my phone is connected using WiFi.

If your PBX is local then your firewall is probably blocking you.

Either connect via LTE and scan it, or enter the management console using the private IP and try again.
