After 16 update my linux boxes do not log in.

have customer call..the ques are broke but I have also noticed I cannot log into their linux box to make any changes. All of my 15.5 box yes version 16's log in then log out immed on their own.

Do you have SSH access to those installations? Are all services up and running?
