Have an issue where the PBX is supposed to turn over the calls to an after hour phone number. Instead of forwarding the calls, the PBX refuses the call, and get an an out of service message from the trunk. This is what I'm getting in the activity log:

08/25/2021 8:35:54 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:8): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 192.168.1.104:5060
08/25/2021 8:35:54 PM - [Flow] Target endpoint for 1719xxxxxxx can not be built!

This is how I have it set below in the attached image. I have tried putting a star in front of the number, a plus sign in front, and as it is showing in the photo.
Thanks in advance.

The system will be using a system account to dial the number, you need to relax the outbound rule and place it at the top of the outbound rules. Just use Length and / or prefix in the outbound rule.

The error message, is that it can not route the call as it can not match any of your outbound rules

PS - no attached image.

I'll try that and let you know. Thank you.

Sorry, forgot to close this ticket out. I removed the 1 in front of the number, and then it aligned with the outbound rules, and it's working perfectly now. Thank you.
