After performing the 3CX to M365 integration, what does the 3CX write to M365?

3CX v18u9a, self-hosted, 128sc, about 1K users. Integrated to M365.

My M365 and Network admins have asked me what the 3CX system writes to M365. Specifically, does 3CX ever ask M365 to update a 3CX User’s phone number, UPN or email address in the AD?

The only sync option we’re going to implement is enabling SSO under the Sign In tab. We’ll have specific Administrators enabled and then all users sign in too. Assuming this is the case, then there should be nothing that 3CX will write to the AD, right?

The user sync between M365 and 3CX is one way from Microsoft to 3CX.

The only information that is sent back to Microsoft is the presence sync.
