We just upgraded to the most recent version of 3CX two weeks ago, and finally found our problem. All our calls sent to different parking orbits are landing in *00
We have Yealink T42S phones, and we have four locations, each assigned a different Orbit, i.e. *02
Up until the upgrade, everything was working just fine. No issues for over two years. But we cannot seem to find what this is happening now.
We've updated the firmware on the phones. We tried setting up the Parking Orbits on the BLF settings in the server console. We previously had the buttons configured on the phones only, which worked like a charm. Tried going back to just using the button-mapping on the phones only, removing the BLF settings in the software, and still all calls going to *00 when parked.
Can't seem to find any settings that would override or change the destination. I'm open to ideas ...
