Hello everyone,
I am newbie in voip and I don't know how to handle this situation.
After updating to version 15.5 all outbound calls are rejected after 1 minute.
I checked with voip provider and they said is a problem with an update request not allowed by provider's policy.
Bellow is the error:
5.314396 192.168.16.174 -> 82.76.7.26 SIP 1113 Request: UPDATE sip:[email protected]:5090;transport=udp |
5.314647 82.76.7.26 -> 192.168.16.174 SIP 402 Status: 403 Method not allowed |
5.444355 192.168.16.174 -> 82.76.7.26 SIP 919 Request: BYE sip:[email protected]:5090;transport=udp |
5.467951 82.76.7.26 -> 192.168.16.174 SIP 533 Status: 200 OK |
My question is how to disable UPDATE request in version 15.5
