After update to v20 has the Admin and a normal user the same mailadres.

After installing version 20, we are unable to log in. This is because both the admin and a user have the same email address. What can I do to fix this? Attempting to install version 18 results in a message stating that the license cannot be used.

Login with extension number and password, that should work. After that change the mail address.
