Solved After updating to the new release of the Debian server we cannot access our instance of hosted 3cx.

We are facing the following error with our 3cx hosted instance, after updating to latest Debian server. I cannot access the server I get the following error server error
as noted in knowledge base the instance need to be restarted, I tried to ssh to the instance but no luck. could you please help me in restarting the instance.

@Waela since the pbx is hosted at your side you must ssh and check which service is stopped..
Most probably it’s the Management Console..
If you can not ssh as you mentioned then you need to speak with your admin or find someone to assist you on how to do this..
