after upgrade unable to login to admin management page

Hi All

i have upgrade to newer version and now unable to login to administrator management portal
please advise

You need to use the system owner credentials. Did you follow the instructions before the upgrade?

Hello @nouman82

As mentioned from @bitn2, please make sure that you are using the credentials of the System Owner extension to login to the Web Client. Then the Admin button will be available in the left-down corner of the Web Client.
