After Upgrade V20, SBC Frequently update status to UP, is that normal?

We recently upgraded to V20, and from the evening log, we spotted quite a few SBC status changes to UP messages. We have only 3 SBCs, each with 1-2 extensions behind it. One of the SBC report status changes 5 times within 1 minute. It looks so doggy.

Is this something normal of V20? I didn't see any status to the DOWN message. I've ensured SBC updated to the latest version.

Typically this means that the SBC is losing connection for under 5 minutes, as downs are only sent after 5 minutes but up are sent when they happen.

Correct, those errors indicate that the SBC is losing connection to the PBX. You need to check the connectivity from the SBC location.
