After a first failed attempt at upgrading to v20 due to not having enough VCPU's. I upgraded the server and then the upgrade was successful.

Now I have an issue where when I try to login I get a server error.

Looking at browser console it shows that the login is getting an error 502 bad gateway.

Any ideas the best way to fix it if any. If there is no way I will have to look at restoring from backup.

Also if I need to restore from backup. Can I still download v18 ISO?

Few changes in V20,
- The old management console no longer works. It has been replaced by the Webclient/Admin Console.
Your url should look like, https://company.3cx.us:5001
- Admin login no longer works, you have to login using the system admin/owner credentials

Yes, you can still download the v18 ISO from the downloads page.

@jaquilina If downgrading, based on other posts you must ask 3CX to downgrade your license key from v20 to v18.

"Bad gateway" may mean a service isn't running, did you try restarting the 3CX server?

What would the system admin credentials be as I never setup an admin user as i used the 3cx ISO to install everything.

Restarting was one of the first things I did before I even posted here.

If it was a new install extension 100 is the system owner.
