AFTERSHOKZ Bluetooth Headset

We recently purchased some AFTERSHOKZ Bluetooth Headset Model: OPENCOMM
These are amazing Headsets but we are unable to get the "Multi Function Button" (Answer & Hang-up) to work with the Windows 3CX Client.
It works perfectly with both Apple and Android clients but no luck with the Windows one...
Any ideas or thoughts?

This is because the Apple and Android clients are common devices which these bluetooth headsets are designed to work on. The 3CX Windows Client has no such integration built for it yet so it is unlikely that it would work.

Hi @PatR,

No ETA that I know of at this time. We have Jabra, Sennheiser and Plantronics headset integrations readily available, to control 3CX calls via the HW buttons. I'd suggest following the 3CX Blog for more information with regards to upcoming features.
