Iv been really confused for the past few days, I might just be dumb but on wordpress 3cx (standalone) how do I let agents login and help with the support chat

After you've created your WP users and added them as Agents in the Live Chat settings, all the users need to do is log into the WP console and flag themselves as "online" from this option:
