Agent Status in Switchboard

I have an agent that logs into 3CX and into the queues. The she logs in extension 211, I so not see her in any status such as away, lunch or DND.
Her color is grey and I do not see that anywhere on our system. How is that possible?

If it's grey it means the extension is unregistered. If the extension is registered and you still see it as grey, it might be that there is no presence for that extension.

Check the extension rights to see if presence is being sent and then received by the other extensions. You might need to check extension groups too as this might be because the two extensions are in two different groups.
