I wish 3CX would make an agent workspace desktop app, something like Genesys or Avaya. And include call disposition, interaction history and all the amazing features Genesys has.

Exactly.

3CX already packs a sh*tload of features for such a low cost solution. I am pretty sure they don't have unlimited resources, time, developers etc to be adding even more from other software. A software cannot have it all!
