AI call transcription to CRM

We have a small sales team in Australia and I would like to get call transcription into Zoho CRM. 3CX is on premise at v20 u9 and we have AI Edition 8 Simultaneous Calls.

Voicemail works but we don't get a transcription on a recording.




I presume that although the GUI allows this setup, we need something with OpenAI?

You need to use OpenAI or Grok to get the transcription for recordings. Or the 3CX AI Server that you can run on a Mac or NVIDIA GPU. The default Zoho template includes the variables for the transcript in the logged activity texts.
