Hi
I've tried to search on the forums for this but not found anything.
We'd love a way to have text-based IVR prompts (Welcome, Holiday, IVR options announcements etc) to be automatically generated into their corresponding voice prompts.
Currently we use ElevenLabs for this, having defined our particular voice style, and it's a lot of cutting / pasting text prompts, downloading files, uploading files etc.
If there was a way for this to happen auto-magically behind the scenes using either ElevenLabs or another quality voice model that would be great.
If I've missed something that's available already, please let me know!
Nick
