AI Prompt Sharing

[Alphabetic]

Hi extended colleagues,

Im struggling to get my head around creating an AI Prompt for a receptionist and wondered if you'd be kind enough to share yours (Omitting sensitive details of course) and what the function is for.

Really, I want to get a feel of how its supposed to be structured cos I think im just doing it wrong with my attempts lol

Doesnt help that im in an environment that requires my attention a lot when im trying to focus

Mostly im struggling to figure out how the 3CX tools fit in and where these variables are pulled from.

all feedback welcome!

have a good weekend.

HI, there have been some good articles related to this subject, with videos also

You can also compare the original AI prompt (default prompt) with your version using an AI like ChatGPT, which can analyse it and tell you what's wrong.
