AI Transcription - 3CX vs OpenAI

We've been using Whisper to transcribe for a while now and it's transformed our voicemails.

We deal with a lot of medical / medication stuff which is complex to pronounce, and we have a lot of strong regional accents to contend with. Overall I've been uber impressed with Whisper's ability to get the name of a complex drug / condition correct even under less than ideal conditions.

I would like to give 3CX AI transcription a try now to see if it is as good or better than Whisper, but we get a huge number of medication orders by voicemail and I appreciate that it's still in beta. If 3CX AI is equally as good (or even better) then that's great, but if it's not yet the same standard and I have to switch back I risk creating a lot of work for someone to go through and manually transcribe a few hundred voicemails.

My question is either:

1. Can anyone comment how well 3CX AI transcription is doing so far (particularly under challenging circumstances) compared to Whisper? Is it polished or is it still a work in progress?

or

2. Is there a way I can test 3CX AI Transcription without creating problems in a live system?
