AI Transcription for 3CX WebMeetings

One of our clients would like to know if it's possible to enable AI-powered transcription during 3CX video meetings.

Do you know if there's a way to transcribe web meetings?

Is this feature part of 3CX's planned roadmap?

Hi @N-AGPRO currently there is not any service for webmeeting transcription in the system, this is only offered for voicemails and voice call recordings.

You could get the webmeeting recording, however you will need to separate the audio and in that way try to get the transcription with any of the external services with Open AI or similar.
