Solved Akuvox door phone

[Optical Conclusions]

I am trying to setup my akuvox R20A and getting registration failed, can someone point me to the correct settings?
My system is hosted by 3CX and using an SBC.

Status	Registration Failed
Account	Account 1
Account Active	Enabled
Display Label	Door
Display Name	Door
Register Name	10
User Name	10
Password	*********

SIP Server 1

Server IP 192.168.1.250	Port 5060
Registration Period 1800	(30~65535s)

Then UDP

The Register Name and User Name normally are different, unless you changed it in the Phone Provisioning tab.

We are trying to connect the r29s to the 3cx but the registration faild. Can you post the settings you have made on 3cx? Which phone do you select in the phone provisioning?

We didnt put anything in 3cx system.

Just go to the akuvox put in the extension number by username and user id by register name, and copy paste the password found in phone provisioning section.
