Alberta Time - Not Yet

Looks like our systems in Alberta made the time switch that we don't do any more.

v20.10 3CX Hosted.

Any way to fix this other than pretending the systems are in WInnipeg?

Hi @Tom Buckler please note that the team is already aware of these recent changes. The current version, SP9, does not include new time zones for Canada. Because Alberta will remain in the UTC-6 time zone without observing Daylight Saving Time (DST), please set the PBX to the time zone below:

For Winnipeg you will need to use the system with the time zone -5 Panama (without DST)

I set mine to UTC-06 Mexico City/Acapulco as I believe Mexico ended dailight savings in 2022 and it should be permanent until the new Canadian time zones are added. I believe the Manitoba time zone is actually UTC-05 right now so I'd advise against that one for Alberta based departments and systems.

We are switching to Mountain Time for now in BC. Is there any update as to when a version will be available which include these new Canada Time Zones? @Alejandro_3CX - Thank you
