Alcatel-Lucent 8058s

Hello,
I've been trying to connect an Alcatel 8058s to my 3CX for some time, but the phone won't connect.
Have you ever encountered this kind of problem with this type of phone?

PS: I know that this phone is not in the list of compatible phones, but there is 3CX server available in the list of servers on the phone.

Probably because STUN is blocked and that's what you're trying to use. Am I guessing correctly?

I don't know if it's because of the STUN that it's blocking, the phone uses an SBC to be able to connect to the 3CX control unit.
We have configured Innovaphone phones in this way, and it works correctly. You can see that the phone is registered on the 3CX.
But with the Alcatel phone it's impossible.
