Alcatel-Lucent M7 Enterprise Deskphone

We have a client who recently moved to an Alcatel Rainbow Hub system which involved the purchase Alcatel-Lucent M7 Enterprise Deskphones. They are extremely unhappy with the overall functionality of the system and have asked to provide a quote for moving to 3CX, however they do wish to purchase new handsets.

Their Alcatel-Lucent M7 Enterprise Deskphones are not listed under supported 3CX phones.

Can these phones we used with 3CX.

If they are SIP compatible, yes - but you would have to set them up manually. Check whether they are SIP devices and you can then use a Trial key to verify. It is possible that any advanced functionality may not carry over even if they can be registered for calls.
