Alert-info on yealink w90 always missing?

Hello,

We need to be able to differentiate the alarm ringing activated via the button on the yealinks w59r.

We've carried out several tests, such as sending the call to an IVR, but on analyzing the prompt header, there's no alert info.

does anyone have a solution to this problem?
