trying to setup manually Algo 8186 SIP Horn with 3CX

getting error:
Algo 8186 SIP Horn

"Rejected by the server.
Check SIP server
address & account
credentials."

any ideas?

Page Extension setup the extension number
and authentication ID from phone_provisioning

Hi, could you please give me more info about how yoou solved the problem?

I have your same Algo Model

under the basic tab:
sip domain: your extension domain 123.my3cx.ca (for example)
Ring Alert: None
Page Extension: Your extension (I use 500 for example)
Authentication: 500 (as it is the extension I am using)
Authentication Password: copy from PBX (3CX)
Display I use Speaker

I will be at the customer tomorrow I can check again if you like
