all calls direct to voice mail

3cx worked perfectly then out of the blue i started getting "record your message and press pound" on all calls
sometimes a call might pass along - i did not change anything in the server - i even restarted it several time to check
server is windows

From the attached screenshots i can see that several of the extensions you are trying to call are not registered. Do you have devices registered to those extensions? Are all your services running? Also make sure that you have no blacklisted IPs that might be associated with your phones

no blacklisted ip ( all phones are internal as well )
all services are enabled and started except for the hotel service
what do you mean by registered .. all now has the green dot except for the first one created by the system

Is system in DND?
Check your Dial Codes for DND - usually "Set Do Not Disturb OFF" - *60.
If that is the code, dial from a phone on the pbx. then test again.

But it seems the call in coming into the extension... and not being answered... on EXT 000.

Yes true it is coming to 000
Where can i check the DND or the code?
If i disable voice mail on the extension i get "this extension voice mail is disabled" so i am reaching the extension and it is reaching the pbx
