All Calls Made from Zoho CRM have Created By, and Modified by linked to account that authorised 3CX-CRM link

Calls make by and received by known users are correctly shown as Call owner, but Created By and Modified By are shown as the person who linked CRM and Zoho. Can this be re-assigned? Or does this have to be done in Zoho CRM

This is because that's the user that interacts with Zoho through their REST API. This can't be changed, but you can probably re-assign this to another user from the Zoho UI.
