All Fanvil phones are Red

All Fanvil phones, 16 in total, X4U and X5U, are showing red and that fw 2.12.15.6 are not supported. Along with a exclamation mark onthe Dashboard. Is this normal?
 
2.4.12 is the supported FW with 3CX.
