All my saved contacts on the phonebook have disappeared

Can anyone help all my saved contact on my phonebook have disappeared?

What type of phone? What version of 3CX? Do you mean a phone book that was "downloaded" from the PBX? Does the phone book still exist in the PBX? Was the set re-provisioned? Any other changes made to 3CX about the time this happened?
