Solved All phones missing after automatic 16.0.6.641 (Update 6) installation

Just had five systems hosted on lightsail auto update to 16.0.6.641 (Update 6), if you click on the phone page, nothing is there (see attached). Events doesn't report extensions registering either. The extensions page still reports the extensions as green, however.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Never got this, really strange, i have on lightsail too but it works with no problem.

Are the phones in STUN mode ? or behind SBC ?
Did you tried to reboot instances?

I've the same problem on 4 instances that where upgrade this night.

Vm's on the internet phones stun & sbc

On the 3&4rd local install + phones on the lan.

How to fix this ?

The calling is working.

I have experienced also, but only on my ipad or iphone, I can seee them when logging in through computer.

Clear the cache and refresh. or on Chrome, Ctrl+Shift+R.

They changed the page a bit so the scripts don't work anymore. It should work after the cache clear (my mobile Chrome does the same because I cannot clear its cache).

Thanks, clearing the cache and history worked for Firefox and for Chrome. Haven't tried it on edge yet, and doesn't work on Safari.

Safari never works correctly lol Edge should work just like Chrome.

Is there anyone with 16.0.6.641 (Update 6) where the phone page actually works with Safari? Because mine won't and it doesn't seem to be a caching issue here.
