All phones suddenly not provisioned

Hello,

I had 2 phones, Yealink T46s and T48s that were provisioned and working that suddenly stopped working. These phones are using STUN, and it says the request delivers successfully but nothing happens on the phone. I've restarted, factory reset, verified IP blacklist and updated to the latest firmware and they still won't come up. I even tried to manually provision them but it still doesn't work. They say no service but have an IP and is accessible through the GUI. Kind of lost now, any help is appreciated.

Probably ISP changes then?

With an SBC these issues don’t happen…

Have you looked at the Activity Log to see if they are reaching the PBX?

Check 5060 isnt blocked or used by something else on the router.

It was actually because the license key was revoked, although the key still said active on the dashboard. After fixing the license issue it works no problem.
