Allocate old extension to new user without any history

Hello,

We'd like to reuse old phone extension for newcomer.
We have changed user name / password and this works well, but user after login can see all past chat history / recordings of previous user.
I there any way to clean this out ?

Can you please advice if there is any way to backup previous users chats?
(Recordings are easy -> need just copy files), but not sure re chats

I'd imagine you'd have to do an export from the chat logs in mgmt console or product a chat report.

Thanks - can you please advise where I can find this option? I checked mgmnt console and cant see such. Also on Reports list there is nothing called named 'chats' nor messages

You need to enable chat logs to see them under the reporting tab.
at the moment there is no report for chat history.

Thanks Ive enabled this option and can see now 'Chat Logs' option under Reporting tab. But I cant see there all chats, also those started after changing this option.
Does it require time to start logging ?

If you werent logging chats, you wont see past chats.

But I can see plenty of old chats. Cant see also any new

My fault - I just this is grouped by created at and under there are more chats
