Allow call pop-up to steal focus

Hi All,

I have an odd issue with one of our customers.

One of their users likes the "Allow call pop-up to steal focus" option in her webclient.
So, when a call comes in it webclient pops up and steals Windows' focus.

Personally, I hate this option but some of their other users want to use it as well.

The user that's already using it, has this option in her Settings:


But, most of the other users only have this:


So, the question is, where does this option come from and how do I make it available to all users?
Mix of Chrome and Edge users. All on the latest version of the browsers.

3CX is on V20 u4.

The DesktopApp which had that option is no longer officially supported in v20. While it still works, users should move to the Microsoft Store 3CX softphone app.

The PWA/Webclient does not have that option as the dialer is not separate.
