Allow Custom Status to be changed

Hello,
I know that only the names of the two status "Lunch" and "Business Trip" can be changed.
However in one of my clients`setup, these cannot be changed individually(by the user), there is no field for the user defined Profile name like in the picture below.

Where do I allow this for the users?

Go to MGMT > EXT > Phone Prov > 3CX App and uncheck this option
