Allow different email notifications for different email accounts

I think it would be very useful to have the ability to create profiles of some sort for admin email notifications.

The very first reason this would be great would be to create a email address for 911 notifications and have it be the only email it uses for alerting of a 911 has been made.

Currently we can add different emails but they all receive the same alerts. I want someone to get the IP blacklisting alerts but i don't want him receiving a trunk failure notification, etc..

What do you guys think?
