Allow prompt to finish

I have a client on v18, on their Digital Receptionists they have a disclaimer play, they need callers to listen to completely. Is there a way to suspend key inputs until the prompt is complete? or even have it restart it a button is pressed

You could create a call flow app or have calls hit a queue first then transfer to IVR
