Allow Ringing of phone while on call with one line.

I have a client who we configured through parameters to allow the use of multiple lines by the ring group. She can see the second line come in through the BLF indicator we configured while on a call but the phone wont ring. could not find anything on the configuration file that would allow this either is this something that is possible?

Ring Groups take one call at a time - you probably need to convert to a queue.
