Always open BLF and Receptionist view at startup

Hello,

I wonder if it's possible to always open the BLF panel and the receptionist view at startup ?

Anybody using it ?

This is already the default behavior of the app, it will relaunch with the BLF and receptionist view enabled if it was already like that when you shut it down.

Tested on Windows app 16.0.1.81 running on Windows 10

Not the case for me in the Windows app 16.0.1.81 running on Windows 10. Tested on multiple computers.

That is a bit strange, I'm suspecting the app may not have the rights to update its configuration file where the setting is stored. C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\3CXPhone for Windows\3CXPhone.xml

The lines that set this option will become "True" if the file can be saved successfully:

<IsPresenceWindowRequired>True</IsPresenceWindowRequired
<IsBusyLampFieldExpanded>True</IsBusyLampFieldExpanded>

I have noticed that the configuration doesn't always update unless you quit the app after making the changes you want and then restarting it.
