I was reviewing the accuracy of some of the transcriptions and AI summaries yesterday and found this one.
everyone in the office had a laugh.

Summary

The caller was frustrated and swore after being presented with options for language and services.
Having listened to the original audio, the "Fart" was the operator starting to speak as they hung up the phone.
I assume that *fart* is supposedly what the transcription thought the sound was?
The other interesting thing is that the summary AI interprets *fart* as a swear word.
Which of course negatively impacts the sentiment as well.

Has anyone else seen any non word sounds show up in transcription and how did the summary AI handle that?
For example *scream*, *laughter*, *sighs*.
I tested many different things but the transcription did not detect any of them.

I would say a negative sentiment for a hang-up is pretty spot on :)

Also, as this is the first such thread, let's see if we can keep it as the single such one - for all the little funny-business AI can get up to, so we don't have to start *farting* on threads o_O
