My IP keeps getting blacklisted.

My Stats:
* I am on a hosted system Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 689) 3CX SMB 10 Users
* I have a static IP (I pay to change the IP and within a day I am blacklisted again)
* I have mostly Yealink T54w
* Am on the latest firmware

I have 6 new to me Yealink T54w's. All of them provisioned after a firmware update. It seems, every time I try to provision the phone below, my IP gets blocked. Seems like there is no way for me to unblock. I changed my IP and things were fine till I tried once again to provision this one phone. Maybe it was is a coincidence that the block has happened twice when provisioning this one last phone. Below is the log. Any help is appreciated.

1) Can I whitelist my static IP?
2) Can I turn BLOCK WAN request off for my IP?
3) How did I cause this?

(I will PM the full log to anyone if that would help)

I have tried both .77 and .70 on this phone. Some 54W's won't register on .77 (per a thread I read here). I tried .77 first and .70 after. Regardless, the .70 from 3CX should not get me blacklisted on my IP, right? Maybe blacklist the phone, but not my static IP..

Yeah I don’t disagree…in a perfect world…

Try .74, there were threads about.76 not working though I haven’t found that problem. Change the number in the download URL.

Thank you sir, good info.
I will do that once I figure out how to get my blacklist removed.

Looks like my blacklist cleared up. That said, I would like to figure out what I am doing wrong to keep this from happening again.

Using old enough firmware will trigger blacklisting, when adding as a router phone.

You can Allow your IP unless you have an SMB account. There one doesn’t have access to do so .

Thank you sir.

Glad to hear that the issue is now resolved and thank you for the feedback.
Next time before provisioning a supported deskphone to the Phonesystem, as a first step, ensure that the firmware is the same as what is mentioned on our page, as this will save you time and you won't face the issues.
