I'm not certain that the update broke the app but prior to the update all calls made to my 3CX extension also rang my Pixel 3XL because we selected the "ring my mobile simultaneously" function . I could answer either one and it worked. Now, every call that is directed at my extension or is automatically sent as part of a ring group goes immediately to VM. We have the setting set to wait 20 seconds before going to VM but it's happening in less than 5 for every call.

Hi Mark,

Ring my mobile simultaneously has nothing to do with the app, it's for ringing your external cell phone line (the number defined under your extension settings in the "Mobile number" field.

Check your extension status, it sounds like you are set to DND

Thank you for the reply. I agree with what you're saying but the app doesn't ring anymore. I agree that it seems as if I have DND activated but I don't. The VM pickup on my phone in 5 seconds doesn't make sense. Both Verizon and Google support people say it must be in the 3Cx but I don't see how. I'm doing a survey now of my team to see if their Android phones have been updated to 10 and if there were any changes for them. Thanks again for responding.

Looks to me like something is picking the call up and sending it to voicemail..
Seems to be like something in your forwarding rules. Also maybe I know what is happening. You set fw tules to ring your extension and your mobile sim.
Remember now that your mobile is also your extension (with push your extension will ring).
I see no more sense to spend money to forward calls to your mobile because lets face it - from the whole day, we are always connected to the internet - be it mobile data or wifi. So why spend money to forward calls to your mobile? Just let calls go to your extension and your deskphone will ring, and also your android (mobile) wherever you are.

I Personally removed all fw to mobile number. Because I can be reached on my mobile via push (free)

if you can't troubleshoot this via your forwarding options, you can set your PBX to log in Verbose and after a couple of call attempts, check the logs in the Binary Log viewer. You can trace where the call went, and why.
