Android and park/pickup share parking

It seems that recently the android APP was updated and now you can't type in SP1 etc. Now these devices can't retrieve or park calls!

Anyone have a solution? This is a big problem, I have a lot of devices that depend on this!

Can you please specify mobile model/brand and app version so I can check your problem?

@mariosM_3CX Multiple androids from multiple brands including android5 and 7 that I check. This is the most up-to-date install from google play.

Basically, the field went from alphanumeric to just numeric so android wont let us put letters in there.

I believe the linked thread's work around is good. thanks.
