Android: Answering with Bluetooth/Headset button

Hi,

I know it is a double post (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/android-answer-call-with-bluetooth-button.54778/), but we do also urgently need the possibility to answer/end calls via the button of a Bluetooth (or cabled) headset.

On iPhones this works fine, but with our Android devices we are competely frustrated that we cannot answer/end calls with on button press.
I understand that you have it already on your development agenda, but May 2018 is quite a time and there seems to be still no improvement.

I understand - but don't be frustrated at us.
Literally, when we debug and follow each and every breakpoint we make, We see a call, and immediately from the moment we press the bluetooth answer button, this call is not visible anymore.

It completely disappears from the face of the debugger and goes somewhere deep inside Samsung sources.

Remember not Google Android Sources.. That would have been nice. It will not disappear in there. Samsung make their OWN Android OS. That's where it goes. We have tried to get samsung sources to no avail. missing apis..

Their forum looks more like the windows app store - no one goes there at all.

Our last remaining choice was to open on stack overflow - which we did

I am not seeing any movement here.

We have absolutely no clue what happens.
On a pixel it works.
Now it does not work on most Huawei's..
So please - you and anyone else reading this post, Bear with us for a while longer...
