Android App does not receive Calls

Hello,

I have an issue with Android App, after +/-1 hour of inactivity time on device, the app does not receive any calls until unlock the screen and open the app.
I'm using my own Google Firebase Account, i already tryed to recreate the firebase project and tryed to use 3cx Push account but same issue occurs.

Affected devices:
Samsung Galaxy J4 - SM-J410G - Android 8.1.0
Motorola Moto E6 Play - Android 9

Battery optimizations disabled
Same issue on Wifi and 3G/4G

I sended the app logs to app support but no answer.
This is a big problem for my business, the users lost many calls.

PBX Version: 16.0.5.619 DEBIAN
APP Version: 16.3.0.81

Hi,

From your description it sounds like the phone does receive the PUSH message but ignores it.
You own Firebase should also help you confirm whether this is being delivered.

Do you have more devices that appear unaffected?

i made more some tests and i identified that the problem occurs when users roam from one AP to Another.

I have some Aruba AP303 on IAP Cluster. Seems that the app has too delay to re-register the extension when the user roam.
