Android app is not registering and not receiving calls

Hi,

i'm working on 3cx latest version via Google cloud.
We have 1 android phone and 1 apple, the Apple one connects successfully and all is functioning.
The Android app shows ready for calls but cannot receive calls, I also see on the management console that its not registering.

Any ideas?
