Android app not ringing when call comes through (status change)

Hi,

Since the latest upgrade my 3cx app no longer rings, my status goes yellow but there is no sound and the answer screen does not appear

I have checked and push is enabled.

This actually happens on an iphone as well

The server is on Azure on Debian and was set up using the 3cx Wizard.

I have tried reinstalling the app and rebooting the device.

Try changing your status back to Available and see if it works.

If your status is going yellow/orange then you are in away mode and you might not receive calls.
