I figured out that port public 443 must be forwarded in NAT to enable 3CX app provisioning while on mobile data. Also required to access call history etc..

My question is: is it possible to change the port from 443 to something else?

On SMB you have no options to change as SMB machine is shared and managed by 3CX.

We he 3cX installed on our own server. Is it possible to change 443 port?

Yes it is.

It will however require you to take a backup of your server, uninstall and reinstall. You will need to select the 2nd option in the installer which is to restore an existing backup, not create a new instance.

During the restore process it will ask you to define your port numbers for HTTP, HTTP, SIP and Tunnel.

In previous editions of 3CX we would use 5001 for example. This allows you to use 443 for another device on the network. Most of the times this might be taken by your firewall device.
