Final got it installed using Total Command but the scan QR code still shows when app is opened.
 
The fix was to download the Gmail android app and click on the config file from there. Logging into the Gmail website only downloaded the file and did not install it.

I though that's what you were doing. You cannot open files from web directly on iPhone. You always need an app, but you could have used Mail in iOS which work also.

Why are you guys not using the Play store to download and install the app?
Then you run into complications.
Also we know that iOS and Android screens have "some" differences (I'm being a bit sarcastic here - completely different). I mean, Android already is different depending on which phone you are using - let alone comparing android to iOS. So this "Copy to 3CX' which is displayed in ios doesnt exist in Android.

Open the webclient
you see the QR CODE
Get your android, and scan it - Its that simple.
