Hi @ThomB_3CX, good news !
I did not see it in the changelog history, but as it is rather specific, do you know whether or not the upcoming release will fix this issue ?
Thank you very much !

Just for your investigation:

I got an issue with the app that keeps ringing even if I pick up a call. Ringing ends after about a minute but it disturbs the call pretty much.

Android 3CX Beta 18.1.5.259

Using it on a Pixel 7 Pro Android 14 latest.

I know: It is a beta. So I don't await a perfect product. Keep up your hard work :)

Incoming video calls works fine (tested from Yaeling T58W Pro with camera), but outgoing video calls from 3CX (to the same Yealink video ip phone) do not work at all. After clicking on camera button, there is only black screen and animating circle.

Its only designed for inbound calls for intercom, not for use against a yealink video phone

It also does not work for outbound calls (from the 3CX app) to a CyberData Video Intercom. Is that also normal?

I have a customer who is needing to know if the 3CX app can call a CyberData Video Intercom and initiate a video stream or is the video stream only going to be work when initiated from the CyberData Video Intercom into the 3CX system?

In other words, am I going to see the same thing with a CyberData Video Intercom as with a Yealink Video phone?

Its only for inbound video - intercome to app. Its not for calling Cyberdata or yealink video phones.

I suspected that this was the case. Well, I'm extremely happy that you were able to work out whatever you worked out with regards to royalties for the H.264 codec such that we have inbound video from the door video intercoms. If someone needs to 'connect' to an outside camera, they just need to put in an IP camera system for that.

Thank!
